- EcoDiesel Station #1: Coastside Greenride Biodiesel Co-op: 20 members and counting, 1/04.
- PacificCurrency: In draft form - June 2004. In the process of research and design.
- Solar Collective: 7 households purchased systems with Bay Solar Power Design - meters are running backwards!
- Movie Nights: End of Suburbia, The Corporation,The Future of Food & Oil on Ice shown in December 2004.
- Green Home Talks: Biodiesel, Energy Efficiency, Green Interiors, Permaculture, Residential Solar Jan/Feb. 2005.
- Transformational Retreat: Combining yoga, education and nutrition for an experiential weekend retreat. Jan. 2005.

- Sanchez Community Garden: Working with Pacifica City Council to build a local community food garden and center on 2 acres of land. In planning phase as of April, 2006.
